The journey to the city centre is some distance and… read more the trip can take anything from 40 mins to 2 hours depending on the traffic, so the taxi driver will be able to ‘justify’ the cost.
We paid €55 for each trip by private taxi organised by the hotel. Seemed reasonable.
Top tip. As the passport queues, when arriving, are the usual length (v long) , avoid logging on the airport WiFi to update the taxi people until you’re through, as the connection only lasts 30 minutes.
Phone package was £7 a day if that’s an alternative for you.
Oh and departing, there’s no water fountains anywhere. Nor enough seats
